Altria Call Center Website
Altria is a world-class, dynamic telecommunication corporation pioneering innovation with the use of AI in the customer service industry based in Davao City, Dubai, London and Vancouver.
The Problem:
Altria is one of the pioneers of innovation in the customer service and telecommunications industry. With it's recent AI powered customer support service, the company needed to redesign the website to introduce the newest customer service technology to potential leads.
The company also wants to have a language switcher with English, Arabic and Chinese.
The Solution:
- Designed a branding guideline that will compete with today's industry standards and introduced a new color to use as a highlight for special actions.
- Introduced a new neon color to use as a highlight for important actions like Contact and Get a Quote.
- Fixed the hierarchy of the website by using an 8-pt grid system to layout, dimensions, padding, and margin of elements.
- Fixed the typography of the website by using a modern font family utilizing the style, weight and size to achieve hierarchy of heading, subheading and body texts.
- Created a dynamic, simple, and modern layout using a mix of colors to elevate and highlight cards, buttons, and important details.
- Added a strong call-to-action section on each page to encourage visitors to take action.
- Applied micro animations on hover and scroll to bring the website to life.

Employee Retention Credit Landing Page
Miod & Company, LLP, a forensic accounting firm based in California, launched a marketing campaign about ERC and the services they offer to help claim the credit.
The Problem:
80% of small and medium-sized businesses in Los Angeles are not aware of the benefits of Employee Retention Credit(ERC) and how to claim it. ERC is a refundable tax credit for businesses and tax-exempt organizations that had employees and were affected during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Solution:
- Designed a free PDF that contains information and the benefits of ERC. The PDF will serve as a lead magnet which also contains contact details of the firm.
- Built a landing page with an immediate CTA on the hero section for easier access and influence a much faster action from the users.
- Created another CTA for users who already understood the benefits of ERC.
- Used a hero image that projects an outcome of taking advantage of the ERC.
